Murrough was formerly a partner at a top twenty law firm. He has extensive and broad-rangingexpertise across all areas of litigation and dispute resolution procedures including arbitration,conciliation, and mediation.He has considerable experience in handling complex commercial cases within the expeditedcase management procedures of the Commercial and Competition Courts.

He has expertise in areas of professional negligence, banking and financial services,defamation, employer’s liability, public liability, product liability, injunctions, NorwichPharmacal type orders and judicial review including public procurement challenges.

He is focused on trying to resolve disputes before they get to litigation.Murrough proudly served as Chair, and before that Secretary, of the Board of the NationalChildren’s Hospital Foundation, Tallaght University Hospital in a voluntary capacity for nineyears.
