Marcin Szulc
Marcin Szulc, LLM, is the principal solicitor at Rostra Solicitors, a firm he founded in December 2013. A bilingual solicitor, Marcin qualified in December 2012 and brings over a decade of experience in personal injury and employment law litigation. His pre-qualification career included extensive work in civil litigation and a secondment with a criminal defence litigation firm.
Beyond his legal practice, Marcin is a Certified Translator and an Interpreter in Polish-English-Polish, registered with the Association of Translators and Interpreters Ireland. These skills have proven invaluable in consultations with counsel and colleagues. A regular columnist for Polish newspapers and magazines in Ireland since 2005, Marcin has written extensively on legal matters relevant to the Polish community.
Since 2006, Marcin has handled hundreds (if not thousands) of civil litigation cases from commencement to completion, building a significant client base within Ireland’s Polish community. While his primary expertise lies in personal injury and employment law, Marcin also has a keen interest in company, business, and intellectual property law.
Marcin is also a qualified mediator and a Notary Public.
